We are a friendly, welcoming writers group based at the Burslem School of Art and have been established for four years. We meet every Thursday evening from 7:00p.m until 9:00p.m.  Our focus is to offer critical and constructive advice & feedback on our writing (poems, stories, articles, essays) and generally have a good time with tea and biscuits in plentiful supply! This year we are going to hold a series of writing workshops as well as continue to host our popular reading events - keep checking our Latest News section to see what's on, when and where. Please note, ALL workshops and events hosted by Room in the Roof are available to everyone of any ability.
